Drawn to ease the suffering of others.
For 40 years I have lived in the USA as a dedicated Sikh, devoted to paying back to the Guru in any way I can. For the last 20 years I have travelled each year to the U.K., India, Bangkok, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and Australia — holding camps, seminars and workshops, and performing Kirtan, Katha and lectures. My forte is Sri Guru Granth Sahib and Gurbani.
Blessed with a knowledge of western and eastern literature, music and psychology, I weave it into my exploration of Gurbani — believing Guru Nanak to be the greatest psychologist of all. My teaching places its thrust on introspection, and I call myself a passionate exponent and apostle of Gurbani.
Alongside this, I offer Gollistic Healing — Sujok, auricular therapy, cupping, magnet therapy, and taping — and life coaching, all as service. I serve Bakersfield, California, in person, and welcome those who wish to connect online from anywhere in the world.
Open to all — Sikh or not.
You do not need to be Sikh — or follow any particular faith — to receive healing or life coaching here. Spiritual grounding is offered gently and only when it serves you, through universal themes of calm, meaning, and inner steadiness. It is never imposed, and never limited to one tradition.

"The wellbeing of all."
This is the intention I carry into every session, every conversation, every class. Not my benefit — yours, and the wellbeing of all.
