These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gollistic Healing website and your relationship with Kanwaljit Singh when booking or receiving holistic healing, life coaching, or Gurbani teaching services. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of services
Gollistic Healing offers complementary wellness, coaching, and educational services. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. I do not prescribe medication or claim to cure disease. If you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Appointments and sessions
Sessions may be offered in person (including home visits where applicable), online, or by phone, depending on the service. Appointment times are arranged directly with me after you enquire. Please arrive or connect on time; if you are late, the session may still end at the scheduled time.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Life happens — please call or text as soon as you know you need to change or cancel. There are no rigid cancellation fees; I simply ask for reasonable notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect future booking availability.
Fees and payment
Session fees (including Gurbani teaching at $50 per session, where stated) are discussed and confirmed before your appointment. Payment arrangements are made directly between us. I do not process insurance claims directly but can provide a receipt for your records where helpful.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, share relevant health or personal context honestly, and participate in sessions in good faith. For minors receiving Gurbani teaching, a parent or guardian must arrange and oversee participation as appropriate.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching or healing sessions is treated with care and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property
Website text, images, audio, and teaching materials are owned by Kanwaljit Singh or used with permission. Gurbani itself is sacred and shared for learning and devotion — not for commercial redistribution without consent.

Limitation of liability
